As a proud Princeton alumnus, Jake McFadden has built a career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and innovation. Beginning his journey as a leader in total rewards strategies at Mercer, Jake honed his ability to solve complex business challenges, setting the stage for his transition into entrepreneurship. Today, he leads McFadden Analytics, a consulting firm specializing in AI and Machine Learning, Excel automation, Power BI solutions, and comprehensive strategic consulting, helping businesses drive efficiency and innovation.

In early 2022, Jake expanded his leadership expertise by joining STACO Building Company, a legacy construction firm with over 40 years in the industry. Since then, Jake has spearheaded initiatives that blend cutting-edge technology with traditional construction practices. At STACO, he focuses on optimizing operations, introducing advanced analytics to streamline project management, and leveraging his tech-driven mindset to enhance efficiency across pre-engineered metal buildings, site work, and detention pond projects.

Jake’s background in economics, coupled with his hands-on experience in HR strategy and technology development, gives him a unique ability to bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical execution. His entrepreneurial journey, which includes co-founding a tech startup before establishing McFadden Analytics, has sharpened his expertise in crafting bespoke solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
